After the release of the current single Mental Prison Cell we were contacted by Mike Bohn of From The Depths Entertainment and were offered a spot on their roster of artist. We are pleased to accept the offer and begin the next chapter of this voyage!

We will be live with Royboy for the debut release of the Music Video for Mental Prison Cell. He will be interviewing us as we catch up with everyone since our last visit in late 2019. Looking forward to hanging out, rocking out, and partying with our metal brother as we go live on the Licking County Metal Heads Webcast!!! Give them a like and share while you are there.

With our first single Mental Prison Cell being completed and in the works to be released in a matter of weeks, we have decided to make a Music Video to go along with it. It will be an artistic take on the lyrics behind the music and is currently scheduled for release on November 12th, 2021. We have decided to lead off with our song Mental Prison Cell in the series of single releases we are going to put out to the masses. It's one of the most recent songs that we have written and feel it's a really strong offering out of the gate. Heavy groove, shredding solo work, and a lyrical tale of the game time plays.
Of II Stones announces new post COVID strategy for the band, the music, and what the future holds.

So after an extended break allowing for a mental recharge/reset if you will, we've come to a conclusion on a few things as a band. One is that this can be ripped away from us at any point and time by variables outside of our control so we better make every minute of every day count. The other is that most people are not going to purchase something they can stream for free and have available on their smartphones.

Our main goal is to maximize outreach and the impact that has. We just want people to have the ability to listen to our offering and rock out - nothing more/nothing less. Our historical experience is that happened by purchasing a CD/Album and dedicating close to an hour of your time listening to it. The average person doesn't have that kind of time available any longer in the current environment of competing with social media for your entertainment "minutes". So instead of trying to grab an hour of your time and waste 9 months of minutes on our part with a 9 song album, we are going to release the entire album as we go, one song at a time, every 6-8 weeks with the hopes of grabbing that 5 minutes from you and catching your attention.

We will continue to play live shows, but are going to be shifting focus toward more online engagement with a broader audience as well as we continue to add to an ever growing fanbase.

Of II Stones rumblings.... playing local party for 937 family; LunekeLand 2

As we slowly start putting things back together, word got out that we were back in the jam room again and we have been asked by our close friend Jimmy Luneke to play at a party in May for our 937 metal family to kick the season off right. There was no way we could say no and thought it would be a good way to get things moving again. Party is scheduled for 5/12 and is by invite only.
4 bands, food truck, lots of music - 937 style!!!
Of II Stones to take extended time off.

When taking all things into consideration with Jay's recovery, continued covid restrictions and just needing time to process everything that is going on with the current state of affairs we have decided as a band to take some extended time off for the moment. We are by no means finished, but need to take some time to rest, heal, and figure out exactly how to proceed when the dust finally settles a little bit.

Of II Stones guitar player Jay Nichols has heart attack. Cancel all remaining commitments for 2020

Jay had a massive heart attack on October 10th and had triple bypass surgery on October 14th. He is ok and expected to make a full recovery. We have canceled all remaining commitments for 2020. We will re-evaluate things after the beginning of the new year. Thanks for ALL OF YOUR support!!!!

With things just now opening back up, we scored a show with Saliva in Dayton!!! So stoked to get out of the jam room and back down to business.

All events shut down due to pandemic

Due to all the restrictions put forth by Ohio Gov. Mike Dewine, all events have been shut down and are subject to rescheduling including the Ripper Radio band of the Year show.
